Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Attimi Photography di Tommaso Tadiello processes the personal data of visitors to attimiphotography.it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version is the legally binding one.

Data collected and purposes
Contact form: name, email and the content of your message, used solely to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request.
Browsing data: technical data collected in aggregate, anonymous form for site usage statistics. Details in the Cookie Policy.
Business card QR code: when the code is scanned, the site records the time of the scan and which links are opened on the destination page. No IP address, browser details or permanent identifier is retained, and no cookie is set. To avoid counting the same visit repeatedly within one day, a non-reversible fingerprint is computed; it changes daily and does not allow the same person to be recognised across days or to be identified. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of their promotional material.
Data recipients
The data you send through the contact form is processed by these suppliers, appointed as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting and page delivery.
- Sanity.io — storage of the message in an archive separate from the website. Your name, email address and the text of your message are kept thereencrypted: the key is not held in that archive, and without it the content cannot be read, not even by the provider.
- Resend — sending the email that delivers your enquiry to me.
Some of these suppliers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on the Data Privacy Framework. Data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes, and is not used for profiling.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if it turns into an assignment, for the duration of the working relationship and the legal retention period that follows. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing, by writing toinfo@attimiphotography.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
